I have been eating meats from Oberle Meats for as long as I can remember. Their quality and affordability can't be beat. Their smoked meats are amazing! From the sausage and garlic cheese to the pork tenderloin and Krakow. The bacon is the best around and the bacon burgers are a favorite on our grill in the summer.

I bought the liver sausage. You changed the recipe. It is rubbery like head cheese. I've bought this many many times and you've changed it. Bummed
